Alicante–Elche Miguel Hernández Airport: The useful budget option is the direct ALSA coach to Alfaz del Pi: roughly 1 hr 25 min and €5–9, but only about four departures daily, so check its timetable against your flight before relying on it. If it does not work, take an airport coach to Benidorm and change to a local bus or taxi for Albir/l’Alfàs; a pre-booked shared shuttle is quicker and simpler at about €21 per person, with a 50–55-minute road journey.
Benidorm Intermodal tram station / Benidorm tram station: These are the practical rail arrivals, not l’Alfàs itself. TRAM d’Alacant L1 links Alicante and Benidorm in about 1 hr 9 min; L9 continues north toward Altea and Dénia. From either Benidorm station, use a local bus or taxi for the final leg to l’Alfàs del Pi or Albir—do not mistake the Benidorm station for a walkable arrival point for the coast.
Benidorm bus station: ALSA coaches connect Benidorm with Alicante, Valencia and other Costa Blanca towns. It is a sensible long-distance arrival point, but it sits west of the resort core; change to local transport or take a taxi rather than dragging luggage toward Albir or l’Alfàs.
