Seville Airport: Take the TUSSAM EA (Especial Aeropuerto), not a pre-booked transfer: it runs between the airport, Santa Justa and Plaza de Armas, with useful central stops, in about 35 minutes. Budget about €6 one-way; buy at the stop machine or on board. A regulated taxi is sensible only for a late arrival, heavy luggage or a group—roughly €25–30 to the centre, usually 15–20 minutes.
Sevilla-Santa Justa: This is the main AVE/long-distance station, including the fast Madrid service (about 2 hr 40 min) and Córdoba (usually under 50 minutes). It is about 1 km east of the historic core: walk 15–25 minutes if your hotel is central and luggage is manageable, or take a short taxi/Cabify ride. The EA airport bus also stops here.
Plaza de Armas bus station: The practical arrival point for many intercity buses, including routes from Cádiz/Jerez and Portugal. It sits by the river just west of the centre: El Arenal and the cathedral area are an easy 15–25-minute walk; use a short taxi rather than trying to drive into the old town.
Prado de San Sebastián bus station: Some regional and intercity services call here. It is on the south edge of the centre, beside the tram and near the university: walk into Santa Cruz in roughly 15 minutes, or take the short tram north toward the cathedral/Plaza Nueva.
